| Honeycott had been converted into holiday accommodation in the heart of this working farm  comprised of 280 acres of land that is home to the ruins of the lost village of Clicket  400 Lleyn sheep with their lambs  and a suckler herd of 50 Simmental cows with calves Sleeps up to 4 guests in two bedrooms  One double bedroom with king-size bed  and one twin bedroom  Open-plan living room with dining area and kitchen  Upstairs family bathroom and additional downstairs toilet  South-facing sunny garden and gravel parking area beside the property  Situated on a working farm of 280 acres in Exmoor National Park  Easy access to Wheddon Cross  Luxborough and Dunster  Stables available on site to bring your horse on holiday  Wifi  heating and electricity included  Towels and bed linen provided  Dogs welcome  2 maximum  for supplemental fee of 10 per dog  Arrive from 4 pm  Depart by 10 am  Honeycott is south facing and has a sunny garden with patio and garden furniture right outside the door  Entrance is directly into the open-plan living area with dining table and the kitchen is at the far end  Upstairs are two bedrooms  one king-size bed and one twin bedroom  plus the family bathroom which is comprised of bath with shower attachment over  plus toilet and hand basin  There is a second toilet with hand basin on the ground floor The spectacular views from the bedrooms look over the gardens and across the valley towards the coast   Honeycott is a semi-detached holiday cottage  the property next door also sleeps 4 guests and the parking area is shared between the two cottages Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement  maximum of 2 A supplementary fee of 10 per dog will be added to your invoice  Dogs are welcome but please do not allow them on the furniture  upstairs or leave them alone in the property at any time  Please note  you are expected to be vigilant and keep your dog under control at all times as there is likely to be livestock in the immediate vicinity on the farm The farm is also home to 4 working  and very friendly  dogs Honeycott is strictly non-smoking Wheddon Cross  approx 3 miles  has a well-stocked mini-supermarket  Post Office facilities and petrol station with good opening times  The Rest Be Thankful Inn is the village pub which serves food and is child and dog friendly  Luxborough is also approx 3 miles and has a village pub  The Royal Oak in Luxborough  There is also a wonderful choice of restaurants  pubs  tea rooms and other shops in the medieval Village of Dunster  approx 5 miles Minehead is the main town in West Somerset and is approx 7 miles away  Here you will find the larger supermarkets and petrol stations  Tesco and Morrison s are both on the outskirts of the town several of the high street banks  plus a range of other shops  Honeycott is situated in the heart of the Exmoor National Park and has breathtaking views towards the coast  across the hills and valleys  This area is very popular with walkers and lovers of nature - anyone just wanting to get away from it all  The cottage is in great central location on Exmoor making it an ideal base  whether you are seeking out the heather-clad moorlands  deep wooded valleys  the highest sea cliffs in England  or looking for the wildlife - Red Deer  Exmoor Ponies  Buzzards to name a few  It is a wonderful place to explore by car or on foot anytime of year  Snowdrop Valley on the outskirts of Wheddon Cross is very popular in February  when people come to see the  carpet of snowdrops  There is a park and ride scheme running from Wheddon Cross car park  which is 3 miles Within an hours drive there are many attractions to keep you entertained  including Wimbleball Reservoir - just 15 minutes by car - for sailing  boating and fishing The cottage will be ready from 3 pm on the day you arrive  Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay  Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests Honeycott is available for week-long bookings and short breaks  changeovers days are Fridays and Mondays
